Are you feeling anxious about going outside?

Would you like some friendly support to be more active?

We have a friendly team ready to help you through your anxieties with getting out and about. We will take the time to talk to you and learn more about your interests and create a plan with you to help you achieve your goal whether it is getting the confidence to go to the shops by yourself or going for a walk in the park.

Our volunteers are reliable, kind and caring. They will work at your own pace, whether you prefer one-on-one meetings, or you are ready to meet more people.

Activities can include a “walk and chat in the park”, accompanying you on a short walk in your area, some gentle gardening outside or a cuppa in the garden. We have lots of ideas, and you probably do too!
