Richmond AID support during Covid-19: May 2020 Update

Delivering a steady stream of food and toiletries, matching up befrienders and delivering our regular advice services

Since lockdown began we have been in contact with over 800 individuals across all our active services, including the new Covid-19 support we offer.

Whilst we were inundated with requests for support at the beginning of lockdown, as everyone adjusted to ‘the new normal’, demand seems to have calmed to an extent.

We realise that as time goes by the impact of the pandemic on all our mental health will start to become more apparent.

With this in mind, we would like to remind you that both our befriending service and counselling service, are both available and entirely free of charge.
